Returning/Exchanging an Item

You can return/exchange a purchase from our website to our office in Garden City, New York by mail.

Mailing your item to our Customer Care Department:

  1. Please refer to the “Return and Exchange Form” included with your order. If you have misplaced the Return and Exchange Form, or one was not included with your order, please click here to download a copy.
  2. Follow the instructions on the Return and Exchange Form.
  3. Enclose the Return and Exchange Form with the item(s).
  4. If you are exchanging an item, you MUST include a self-address, paid shipping label with your package so the new merchandise can be sent back to you. Shipping labels can be created online at and printed or purchased at any post office to be included with your exchange merchandise. If a shipping label is not included with your package, you will be charged the standard $9.99 standard shipping rate to send your new merchandise to you.
  5. Clearly address the package label with our returns facility destination address below or attach the Return Label from the bottom of the Return and Exchange Form to the outside of the package:

  1. Take the package to any post office or carrier outlet to have your package shipped to the provided address. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier.


  • All item(s) must be returned in new condition (unwashed and unworn), with all original tags still attached, in the original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
  • If the return item(s) are damaged during shipment, a refund may be issued in the form of a gift card.
  • Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received by our Returns Department.
  • When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the replacement item(s) you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend that you simply return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement item(s) on our website. By doing this, you will receive your new item(s) faster and with a much better chance that they will be in stock.
